I offer corporate wellness sessions and retreats for company executives and employees.
Show employees that you invest into their wellbeing, and prioritize mental health for yourself and for them.
Have you ever felt so frustrated from your daily routine that you can't seem to shake it off? Do you live with repetitive mental stories that kind of just bring you down or make you constantly anxious and somehow just feeling stuck? Do you find yourself being too hard on yourself or are constantly complaining?
Most people in today's high pressure world are generally too hard on themselves and don't know how to get out of their head. Especially,
since we all store our emotions in our body, its natural for us to hold onto things much longer than we need to. By holding on to thoughts, emotions, and experiences, we manifest anxiety, pain and eventually disease.
Breathwork helps you finally process things and clear things out of your system, letting you move on and hold on to a lot less of everything.
Executives and employees alike will benefit from breathwork sessions, helping to free-up mental and emotional space, increase energy, creativity, motivation, and wipe away stress.
You will likely start to notice a renewed sense of calm centeredness, motivation, and presence from your employees. A renewed desire to do their job and an extra pep in their walk. They will likely feel less dissatisfied.
Helping your employees improve their wellbeing should become part of your company growth strategy and employee retention, because if your employees are anxious, unhappy, and unmotivated then this trickles through the atmosphere and stifles company success.
I became interested in offering breathwork because I deeply believe in its power to create emotional neutrality, which means faster internal access to non-reactivity, less drama, and more positive daily experiences, and of course breathwork has this undeniable ability to generate self-love.
I then became interested in offering breathwork to executives and in company settings, which stemmed mostly from my background as an attorney and seeing the need to improve mental health for people in stressful work situations. I think attorneys and people in finance are some of the most over-stressed, and might be the least likely to devote time to their mental wellbeing. So to me offering breathwork is fun, and I personally can vouch for the tremendous benefits of bringing breathwork to the workplace.
Breathwork is one of those things in life where you don't know what you're missing until you try it.
As somebody who comes from a stressful corporate environment, my goal with corporate breathwork is to provide a way to improve the company culture to achieve a more balanced, health-conscious environment, while stimulating de-stressing and motivating people in the workforce.
Especially in today's world, as remote work gets replaced with needing to be in the office again, workers are starting to become overwhelmed and losing touch with their mental health. Breathwork can be a big game-changer for everybody now, and as time moves on.
The goal here is to minimize employee effort and maximize the benefits. There are many ways to make breathwork fit into your company culture, mostly, it depends on the circumstances of what the company wants to offer, and what kind of space we're working with.
Breathwork is best done laying down, but can also be done in chairs if there is no other option. Don't worry if you don't have the perfect space -- we can do shorter small group sessions if there is no large room available and to accommodate varying schedules. I can also do a larger session if the office has a large conference room or wellness room.
I can bring everything needed for the session - your employee just need to show up ready for some amazing mental wellbeing and breathing.
A session can last as short as 30 minutes or up to an hour and 15 minutes, and can be in-person or online. We can do private sessions, small group sessions for 2-6 people, larger group sessions, retreats and company offsites.
